FAQ · Marblehead

How the relationship starts

Book a discovery call, call (617) 992-0305, or start the free financial snapshot. Bring the messy version: a liquidity event, a portfolio you do not recognize, or a plan that is three houses behind your life.

Questions we hear

What is investment management here?

A fully customized portfolio inside a fee-only fiduciary relationship, tied to a tailored financial plan. Public markets, and when suitable, private investments and interval funds.

Where do you work?

Coastal New England from Maine to Rhode Island. The office is 80 Front Street, Marblehead. We are not a Boston-metro firm.

Who is a typical client?

Households that typically have $1,000,000 or more to invest. Often ages 50–75. Homeowners of coastal property. Owners, professionals, and families after a sale or inheritance.

What is an interval fund?

A 1940 Act fund that offers limited, periodic repurchase opportunities instead of daily liquidity. That limited liquidity is useful for long-term capital and a problem if you need the cash next quarter. You can lose money. This is not a recommendation of any fund.

Are you fee-only?

Yes. Vital Investment Management, LLC is a fee-only SEC-registered RIA, CRD 300811. There is no product shelf to clear.
