Why the seacoast is a fit
Portsmouth, Rye, North Hampton, Hampton, Exeter, Dover, and Durham sit close enough to Marblehead for an in-person relationship and far enough from Boston that families are not looking for a Financial District office. We are not advertising into Manchester or the I-93 corridor as a primary market; the coast is the point.
New Hampshire has one of the higher concentrations of millionaire households in New England. That is a planning fact, not a sales pitch. The work is still household-by-household.
Planning notes that come up often
Residency, the location of a second home, and how retirement income will be taxed if you later spend more time in Maine or Massachusetts. Equity compensation from a Boston-area employer while you live in the 603. A business sale that suddenly makes the portfolio the main job.
